We were boarded from 26th to 29th Dec 23 in this hotel. The hotel has every modern fasilities.The service of all staffs in this hotel is satisfactory. The property manager Mr. Suman supervised all the matters efficiently and with great responsibility. But the mattresses on the bed is so soft that may cause harm for health, this matter be considered.

Road to reach this hotel is horrible and very risky......cars are not allowed in front of hotel...need to walk to reach hotel....not advisable for senior citizens as road is not plain. Rooms are very small....no extra place apart from bed... This is not star ⭐ category hotel. Pathetic service received in last day dinner of two days stay.....@ 11.15 p m hotel staff saying please wait another 30 minutes to have the dinner.My daughter is 7 yrs old and when I asked that why don't you serve the food here instead other room servicing ...they said cook is not available for last 5 days.....my ❓ question is why hotel manager allow to book guest where basis service i.e cook is not available.... Food is horrible......only 🌶️ powder have seen in all the vegetables which is horrible...... I have never recommended this hotel for any one..

Service in the hotel is undoubtedly good. Property Manager Mr. Suman delivered service us efficiently and cordially. Hotel is excellent. Reception and service exceptionally good,particularly Suman Gain very friendly and reliable.Desire to visit again in this Hotel.

If you want to save your money pls don't go here. Totally fraud hotel. Booking numbers are showing on the website different but he left the job. Room service was very bad, the manager's behaviour was very rude, we had complimentary breakfast but he told me our package was not breakfast. The location is also dirty. I request to all don't book this hotel. Today I left the hotel & booked another hotel at Darjeeling.

The Hotel is comfortable, quiet, and has a beautiful view. The room is beautiful, comfortable,clean & staff is friendly, polite, and professional. Well worth the experience.💕

Very Bad service. Always water shortage in room . So don't book this hotel. And hotel locations are also in Dirty area. Totally waste of money. So brother trust me and don't book this hotel.
